By accessing the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that we may display advertisements, offers, and promotions relating to our products and Services.
2.4 Restrictions on Use
You agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities:

- Impersonate individuals or misrepresent affiliations.

2.5 Enforcement
Sarjena Foods Pvt Ltd reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Platform if you are found in violation of these restrictions.
3. General Terms & Conditions of Sale
3.1 Pricing
All prices displayed on the Platform are final. In case of typographical or system errors, Sarjena Foods Pvt Ltd may cancel the order or request payment adjustment to reflect the correct price.
3.2 Intellectual Property Rights
All content, designs, and materials on the Platform remain the property of Sarjena Foods Pvt Ltd or its licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable license for personal use only.
3.3 Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate with third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content or reliability. Accessing them is at your own risk and subject to their policies.
Subscription & Orders
Users must subscribe to available packages. Orders are confirmed only upon full payment and product availability. Sarjena Foods Pvt Ltd reserves the right to decline or cancel any order before dispatch.
Delivery
Deliveries are made within Mumbai & Thane, typically between 7:30–9:30 AM. While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Non-delivery issues can be reported to sm@sarjenafoods.com or 095949 97460.
Returns & Cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all orders are final and non-refundable except in cases of significant delay (>8 hours) or incorrect items delivered. Wrong or defective products must be reported with photographs on the same day of delivery.
4. Legal Terms & Conditions
Disclaimers
Eat Nation provides nutritional food but is not liable for any health consequences. No warranties are given regarding results or uninterrupted services.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond our control, including epidemics, strikes, or natural disasters.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sarjena Foods Pvt Ltd from any claims, damages, or losses arising out of misrepresentation, breach, or legal violations.
Limitation of Liability
Our maximum liability is limited to the price of the product/service purchased. We disclaim responsibility for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and all disputes are subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.
