At Eat Nation, operated by Sarjena Foods Pvt Ltd, we are committed to ensuring that your meals are delivered fresh, on time, and in the best possible condition. This Shipping Policy outlines our practices regarding delivery, timelines, and responsibilities.
1. Serviceable Locations
We currently deliver within Mumbai and Thane. Our team is working towards expanding to additional cities. Any new serviceable areas will be announced on our website and communication channels.
2. Delivery Timings
- Meals are delivered 7 days a week (including Sundays).
- Breakfast: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM
- Lunch: 11:30 AM – 2:00 PM
- Dinner: 7:00 PM – 9:30 PM
Delivery slots may vary slightly depending on traffic conditions, weather, and logistical factors. Customers will be informed in advance of any significant delays.
3. Delivery Process
All deliveries are carried out by our trusted logistics and delivery partners. Meals are packaged in food-grade, hygienic containers to ensure safety and freshness.
If you request that meals be left at a reception, guard desk, or with a neighbor, Eat Nation will not be responsible for loss, theft, or spoilage after the meal has been dropped off.
4. Shipping Charges
- Delivery charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
- Some subscription plans include free delivery as part of the package.
- Additional charges may apply for special delivery requests outside our normal service area.
5. Delays & Force Majeure
While we strive for timely delivery, there may be unavoidable delays due to:
- Extreme weather conditions
- Traffic disruptions
- Public holidays or local restrictions
- Force majeure events such as strikes, lockdowns, or natural calamities
In such cases, Eat Nation will not be liable but will make best efforts to either deliver the meal later in the day or extend your subscription to cover the missed delivery.
6. Incorrect Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses and contact details. Eat Nation will not be responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided
- Unreachable customer at the time of delivery
- Refusal to accept the delivery
7. Delivery Confirmation
Once your order is delivered, a confirmation may be sent via SMS, WhatsApp, or email. In case you do not receive your meal, please notify us immediately at:

8. Packaging & Food Safety
All meals are sealed and packed in high-quality, leak-proof, and insulated containers. We comply with FSSAI food safety standards to ensure that meals are delivered hygienically.
